However, it sounds like you sampled Fine Arts Militia in which case you should go to:

http://ccmixter.org/file/mi...

and click on ‘I Sampled This’, pick this file from the list of uploads and click ‘Use This File’

(You should do this for anything you sampled on this stie.)

That way two things happen automagically that is required by the license to use those samples:

1) You will be giving credit to the source of the sample

2) You will not re-license the work under a license different from the original. (Which is what you’ve done here).
