Scott Altham 1140 Reviews	. permalink Wed, Jan 7, 2009 @ 6:18 AM Plenty of sound variety in here. Love the 90’s hip hop beat (not a fan of this ‘crunk’ stuff the charts are churning out of late). Clarance does have a really old skool hip hop sound to his voice so the matchup is flawless.

I will say that the rap volume is a bit too low for me at times - it could pop a bit more - but that’s minor. Fantastic track. Congrats.

The vox was sounding a bit too up front in an earlier incarnation, so I lowered it a bit; but then again, my system’s speakers aren’t exactly huge, so maybe the mids/upper mids stand out more for me. I’ll probably notch the vox back up and replace the file; thanks for the feedback and kind words!
