This is a cool remix!
Other then the 2 main breakbeats I don’t recognize any of my sounds. So i’m really curious to know what you’ve used.

Thanks for this mix :-)

Thank you ;-) There are quite a few. I’ll try to make a list of used samples but I took at least one from each title. They may be unrecognisable as I put them through some fx.

2nd listening
I think this is one of my favourite recieved remixes. I love all the layering without clouding the song, doing that will keep me discovering each listening.
Going thru your uploads I found out that the way this is build is much the same way I work. Use a few key sounds as reference tonthe original, use the rest as a soundsource to make your own style. Thus making your music with my sounds.

I’ve discoverd a few fx samples you used from me 😎

Thanks again!

I like very much, the synth sounds are rich.

Great energy, congratulations for this musical achievement.

Wooowooo…..
This sounds a bit like Dave Gahan working again with Alan Wilder…and they swallowed psychelic mushrooms.

And that above is meant as a compliment. I like the “Recoil” stuff pretty much.

Haha ;-) I was thinking about David Bowie too while doing the vocals. Thank you Siobhan ;-)

Dig the skittering beat with Martijn’s bassline and overall sense of a sanity barely maintained. Very cool.

as i listen, i dive more deeply into your sonic layers. your rhythmic and melodic transitions are so well-crafted! there are aspects of your mix and sounds that remind me of Radiohead (my favorite..). i’m especially moved by the importance of your lyrics. “Could I be so blind as to offer up my mind?” Powerful.

Oh. Ultra-cool and captivating. For some reason, I had a vision of leaf-cutter ants marching along… tools of the trade… Such a hypnotic mix…

Thank you Kara. Great analogy. Humans are just like those ants. Like cogs in a machine unaware of the situation.

I love the fact you used and extended the lyrics without using the source pell audio. I’ve been waiting for someone to do that!

And I agree this seems a departure from your usual sound, also very cool.

Excellent work, I love the intriguing sound of the synths and when the powerful percussion begins a great climax is achieved. Very good.
