Beautiful Mix AT.
I’m glad you decided to upload your mix. That Damn L.S. has made me re-think a few of my mixes as well. : )
Nicely done.

I’m very glad you decided to post. I love what you’ve done with the harmonies here, and with your signature touches sprinkled throughout.

Nice one.

very cinematic and haunting. It’s a much more minor progression than the original folk tune (with its basic relative blues minor). This gives it a sense or urgency and suspense. I see it running behind opening closing credits for a suspense thriller with some redemption at the end. Very well done!

And if we let LS and his skill stop us we’ll never post anything! I’m listening and learning from everyone here.

I am so glad you followed through with your intention and posted this track which carries the distinctive Audiotechnica sound that I like so much and that is invariably beautiful.

I have to agree with everything said. Another quality upload, as we have come to expect from you. For me you are in Loveshadow’s league.

Makes me think of light April rain with the sun dancing behind it! Heart-stoppingly beautiful.

Hey AT we go back a long way and you know no one has all the angles on anything including me or so i am glad you uploaded the mix. Your braver than me because i have 2 or 3 mixes ive done with other vox that i never uploaded due to another mix appearing.

Personally i think you are on the right road with this mix. I think its easy to drop a jazz or bluesy backing track to CSMs vocals and make it work and whilst that is fine and ok , you have adopted a more developed scenario which i prefer.

Its very Rachel Portman what you have done did you know that ?
