Very nice intro. It builds the feeling of something wierd coming. The song is a little to loud tho. Could be filtered to fit a little better to the sound you rythm is creating. Love the distorted echo and the cuts uve done in the original Ophelia sample. Some really nice stuff in here. Good job

Thank you. I guess you’re right about the volume. I added some compression and just exported and published the song, without listening to it too much. At least my laptops loudspeakers add a huge amount of distortion to it, due the loudness.

I guess I’ll update the song this week with a version that isn’t so compressed.

“This week” my ass… Well, I finally uploaded a version with the vocals a notch lower.

You have a real knack for creating haunting music. This version is simply amazing.

Thank you! I’ve always loved dark sounds, but especially enjoy movie music with calming sounds but haunting feel. As with this song, I feel recreating the feelings you get from somewhere else works best. Although similarities are quite impossible to be found, I listened some Massive Attack and lots of Schindler’s List OST when creating this mix.
