This is such a deliciously mid-seventies simmer. Between your thoughtful lyric, unreal_dm’s laid back groove, and Haskel’s relaxed lead, you’ve time traveled to a groovier era. :-)

Thanks Admiral. So much of the feel was predicated by Unreal_DM’s uber groovy/chill track that brought that to the table to start with.

great lyrics with a great voice. i always love the lyrics first, and usually the best are sung by bad voices. this is such a rare treat.

They way you sing ‘live’ in the middle of the song, the one that kind of bounces up into a sweet falsetto…tasty!

The whole pell has a sizzle to it, as the admiral pointed out. and the harmonies add brown sugar to taste. I’d like to hear a Fleetwood Mac version. Or Linda Ronstadt maybe?

Love it!
