Expand the echo a bit, I usually use a very short-time differing left/right echo, sometimes with feedback 2. Use a warmer reverb and an equalizer to remove the metallic highs (passing growls through many effects start to pile up the tinny sound) In any case, cool song, I enjoyed it. :)
