Is it the lyrics, is it the music, or, is it your new home..? I feel you ” comme apaisée..”
It’s beautiful to hear you everytime..
..and if the lambs had your “tremolo”, the wolwes couldn’t eat them..

merci mon ami. I like the room and the walls. But I have a new complicated mixing system for my voice. I will tell you in email.

This definitely goes on your “Awestruck & Homesick” album. Love the sense of longing - delicious vocals too.

Nice KT!
Your lyrics are always thoughtful and poignant.
Good luck with the new place, I’ve always found a change in scenery gets the creative juices flowing and opens many new doors….

Well now it’s your turn to get there first!! I was putting some vocals to this myself only to find this little gem appearing!

As Simon Cowell’s friend would say “It’s a little pitchy dude” but it’s still a nice performance.

I’m thinking of binning mine and just adding some vocals to this.

yup, some pitchiness. In the uppper range unless I go into my full harmonic voice I cannot seem to control tones sometimes- but I wanted this to sound softer. oh well.

It’s great to see (and hear) how an already beautiful piano improv is turned into an even more beautiful song, first with Alex’ additions and now with your lyrics and vocals on top of that.

Nice!
The lyrics go perfect with the mood of the track.
Great singing, KT! Now the song is complete…
Thanks!

Both the improvisations (Friday & Sunday) are incredibly well done, really beautiful pieces of work.

KT- the lyrics kick buttocks; and the last part with the ooooh-ahhh’s is beautiful.

I enjoyed the wistful yet loving reflection of the vox/lyrics combined with the smooth guitar/percussion of the sample; stil very much you, but with a sort of Sade-like mood of both intimacy and detachment. Those few previously-mentioned wobbly moments aside, this is still a lovely and memorable example of how you seem to realize a complete song, out of just a sample and some inspiration, with ease.

Just wow. The music is a perfect fit for the vocal. The definition in the instrumentation adds a sense of air to the vocal. There is nothing not to like about this track. Great.

The background really sounds so strong, good and pleasant like it was waiting for somebody to accompaign it. Kaer, you sound here in some way so fragile and strong at the same time. Interesting combination also towards the story behind the song.
Very nice, personal and emotional performance.
