Not bad for a first remix. Did you do any mixdowns or mastering? I would like to hear more definition in the sounds. The best way to do that is to seperate each sound and apply the necessary adjustments. Welcome to CCMixter btw!

Well, I worked in FLStudio for the whole thing, but I know my way around FL Studio, and I did apply some effects and such.

I have a global EQ, and a soft limiter on it to make sure it doesn’t peak too much (my main problem, because FL is so much quieter than other programs).

What do you mean by more definition? Everything has it’s own track on the mixer with their own effects.. (except the break, because I used a sliced beat)

To maximize the volume, try using a peak master. Elemental Audio makes a peak master.

By more definition, I mean pan them out or add some minor reverb to add a dramatice effect to let’s say.. the distorted pizzacato strings. Again it’s not too bad for a first remix. Hope this info helps.
