A “lighty” Roni Size was stopping
by CCmixter Today

That I Liked here, is the light rendering
of the rythm.

Often, I find Dubstep Or Drum & Bass,
too loud or agressive.
Here the rythm is flying, very airy,
it is more springy to ear, it’s
opening some doors.
And this Robot (vocoder),
funny.

You’ve done a comfortable (pleasant)
piece.
One More Time = musical and shinny day
to you

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad you liked it. I do remember Roni Size and the junglist massives that emerged from the early 90s. This is a much different approach from the legal perspective: no Amen, no Think, no Hot Pants, no Funky Drummer, et al. This will be an all-legit movement — all legal and collaborative sounds.

Oh, yeah! Thank you, Speck. This one was fun, going for the heavier subs.

Thank you so much. Went in a different direction with SackJo22’s voice — 140 bpm was pushing it, and 150 wouldn’t work at all. Keeping it in the original key sounds better and I think it sounds better with the loops.

Very cool. I have no idea how you are not only so prolific, but how you use such a prodigious amount of samples in your tracks. You’re like some sort of superhero maverick mixer the likes of which I’ve never seen before.

It makes me happy that you find inspiration in my voice. I really like how you worked with the vocal in this one. Thank for including me.

Absolutely! Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your music. I’m happy that you like how I used your work in this one. Your lyrics have a spiritual depth to them — I found a reverent perspective which I applied for this one.
