I’ve been a bit lost for words lately, which is a bit of an oddity for me. Finally, this vision I keep having decided to unveil itself in written form. (Mad props to Katie, my amazing wife, who gave me a gentle nudge towards creativity this weekend and helped me focus.)

Thank you to everyone in this community. You make me believe the words I wrote: possibility resides inside us all. I hope you dig.

Surrounded by a cloak of expansive darkness
A pinhole of light catches my eye
The chaos of the world reverberates all around me
But I cannot look away from this
This glimmering speck in the distance

The chaos gets louder and louder as I approach the pinhole
Attempting to distract my resolute focus
Attempting to pull me away, back into the darkness

But possibility seeps through the pinhole
And with it love, kindness, compassion, joy
Everything that could be
Everything in our wildest dreams
Freedom, justice, inspiration, abundance

But it is all unknown
And the darkness is so familiar

As I approach the pinhole
Gratitude swells in my heart
And the brightness begins to envelop the darkness
The world that was melts away
And I realize
I am no one

And now, as light and love fill my being
I have become everyone
And I know without a shadow of doubt
Possibility resides inside us all
