Ummm… I’m really not quite this cynical, but it’s really fun to exaggerate a bit and there is definitely some personal truth in this. Sooo… I hope you dig… or just don’t hate it.

The best part of the holidays Is when they’re over When everyone has had their fill Leaves me alone Yeah, I’m a Grinch or Scrooge And I’m done pretending for you I still love you, but I can’t stand… All the Christmas carols Every station plays Over and over Every single day All the ringing bells And the blaring music I’m just grocery shopping And I can’t escape it Oh the not so happy holidays. The best part of the holidays Is when they’re over When everyone has had their fill And leaves me alone Yeah, I’m worse than Scrooge or Grinch And you know you can’t convince Me to change my mind, ‘cuz I can’t stand… All the creepy Santas In shopping malls Kids on their laps Hope their not pedophiles All the consumerism Masked in green and red To boost the sales Of greedy corporations Oh the not so happy holidays.
