I recently recorded a slow, weirdbient version of “Greensleeves” for my DiSfish compilation “Personal Mountains” at http://www.absurdmusic.com
This piece implants and alters that piece in the midst of a chime green mood.
I am grateful that the Mutopia Project posts public domain and creative commons MIDI samples such as the “Greensleeves” I started from on this one. I took the MIDI, placed it in Anvil Studio, and ran it though 6 freeware synthesizer plug-ins, ranging from Crystal to Chimera to FLP.
The many Freesound samples here are largely unaltered, except that I created loops from various of the percussion pieces using my Magix Audio Studio 10.
