So excited for this Secret Mixter!! Our first event of 2024.
Last week I made a papaya lilikoi coulis and also a vegan crème anglaise to add a little extra color and flavor for a dessert of avocado mouse in cacao cups. Two sauces I’ve never made before. Wondering if my mix might end up being sweet instead of spicy? :D |

Unfortunately, a livestream was not possible this time around due to prior commitments and limited resources. I assure you, we explored every option to see if one could happen, but came up short.
