Our dear Gurdonark speaks eloquently with wit, grace and charm, about sharing culture, ccMixter, net labels, the delight of finding one’s work in unexpected places and the importance of honoring the influence of your environment. An excellent interview indeed! Featured on the Music Manumit podcast. Bravo!

Thanks for this pluggy plug. In-depth (long) interview but easy to listen to (personable interviewee). I’d like to find and hear Vibrating Electric Fields.

I particularly appreciated what Gurdonark had to say about the importance of developing new ways to “market” cc-licensed work to make it more accessible, integrated into the “music business”, and viable as a vehicle for not just creating, but also for promoting music.

Thanks for listening and for the shout-out. The Music Manumit guys really support our Creative Commons culture, and it was great to speak with them.
