Three pleasing things that stand out to me are 1) the apparent modulation between relative major/minor 2) an overall/atmospheric resemblance to that popular Peter Bjorn and John song from a while back 3) the double-timey drum parts after the first minute (in the hands of a live rawk drummer, might nudge the song toward more awesome/propulsive)
