I had to do this twenty minutes at a time on account of my back has been ‘acting up’ lately and the desk chair at my creation station seems to be the main culprit. Probably some compressed disk scenario, seeing a chiropractor soon. Well, not really soon but as soon as I could, appointments being what they are these days. Hard to get any creative flow going that way. So, if this seems sub-par… that’s why. (Feels sub-par to me.) |

I’m really sorry to hear about your back pain… but glad to know that you’ll be visiting a chiropractor when possible. I’ve also been dealing with some physical challenges… which you may have deduced from my spoken word. Funny, I also felt my mix was sub-par. Hmmm… sigh… |

What is the secret sauce of a Speck Track?
- unexpected twists - things that can’t be connected working fine together - dislocated rhythms all the sudden match - a good portion of playground - Excellent treatment of samples and sound setup. I saved this track to listen to as the last one of this years secret mixter. And I can confirm all of the above is true. ;-) |
