Really great Speck — one of my faves of your mixes. BillRay+NiGiD+Jeris=Cool!
When listening I was reminded of a scene from Hitchcock’s “Rear Window”, when we see a “doll’s house” section view of an apartment block and all the dramas unfolding in each room. Later, with the vocals and tram sounds, it seemed more like a “picaresque” or “journey-like” mooch through an urban environment. Point is, it’s an evocative mix! Well done! |

Weird. I like weird. The “no, no, no, no…” parts made me smile. The whole thing made me want to snap.

What a fantastic groove. I especially like the stop and then the music comes back strong. One fine piece of jazz.

This would have been perfect for Adam Sandler in Punch Drunk Love! That soundtrack really captured the mental state of the character.

Fantastic…reminded me of the great music from those episodes of Pink Panther when they were made by DePatie and Freleng AND had no dialogue but were backed by variations on Henry Mancini’s slithery saxophone
