It’s always good to get an upload notification for a Speck track. As interesting and innovative as ever, and creates a mood that goes really well with the words.

Is Feelgood Blues a genre?
This is just utterly lovely. Once I got used to the slowed down vocal I just smiled through the whole song (despite the somewhat existentialistic lyric). Is that your own field recording? |

Quote: timbermanIs Feelgood Blues a genre?Sure, why not.
Quote: timbermanIs that your own field recording?Yeah, the Tascom DR05 was on sale last week. I like it. Easy to carry. Easy to use. Easy to transfer files from. I mean, probably nothing you can’t do with your iPhone, but I don’t have one of those. |

Amazing. You put some wildlife into fresh and calm blues genre. Timberman’s voice suits perfect for me. So there are more and more smiling people here now:)

This is such a great story development that ensued from your contemplative episode at the creek. Lovely ideas in this - I’m imagining Per lying in a canoe, singing, looking up at the sky and not caring where he ends up. Nice to share your experience of yesterday, Speck.

it isn’t creek season here yet. But when it is, I hope it has the birds, the merry go-round, and that busker with the electric guitar bouncing jubilantly down the stream like this. :)

Very well done. I could take a lot of lessons from this piece, such a light touch gives space for the atmosphere to breathe.. space to think.
