A lot of energy in this, and the jazz tag is certainly right and fitting - not just because of the extraordinary piano work by Jeris and the kinetic swing from Bill Ray, but because this has the right combination of playfulness and virtuosity (aka yours) to really qualify. :)

Thanks. I try to use the jazz tag sparingly. I think maybe because I hold the genre in such high esteem I don’t want to sully it, or dare to think I could be a part (however small) of it.

Madness, which is cool cuz that was the original intention :)
Very 12 monkeys, reminds me of this one time I was at a beach in the middle of summer when this hyper guy in full military attire was pushin a hand truck and felt the need to tell me he had 20 minutes to deliver the packages…there was nothing there…lol.

Loved your piano stem, which is indeed the seed for this. So thanks, and any time you got more madness… always welcome.

I’m diggin’ it! This immediately reminded me of the first time I’d ever eaten chocolate-covered espresso beans. A word to the wise: NOT to be eaten like goobers or raisinettes! That much caffeine is not pleasant…

You brought a smile to my face and a chuckle to my throat with that one-
I ate the chocolate, but I spit out the beans.
Thank you for sharing this… so much fun. It’s definitely going on this weeks podcast.
