What I enjoy about your remixes is to compare with the original stems, as a way to discover how you’ve applied your musical vision. But I try not to analyse too much, and just enjoy the tracks. :)

This is really nice Speck with delicacy and space throughout, all of the sounds and rhythms congruent. Yes!

There is something hypnotic and very attractive in this remix. I would not know to describe it, but I like. And that is enough to enjoy it.

I dig. The space you create is luscious and deep. Just what I need right now.

Setting the song at -1 tonality towards the pella puts the voice on the 9th and that’s genius!
Drum and beat programming is careful and captivating throughout; I might say, careful as usual, but that’s not right to you, truth is that you’re spoiling us. When we walk off the beaten track, I think it’s wise to achieve a balance between original ideas and already-heard parts. This is well done. |

Hey kiddo. Sorry it’s taken me so long. Combination of technical and personal malfunctions.
Thanks for doing this. Love the pairing with the beat and the vocals. Really something special. Congrats on the ed-pick. Here’s a personal one from me too. |

I love it when people take well-known melodies and set them to different underlying chord patterns. Good music is always the sum of the expected and the unexpected… and something especially magical can happen when the very familiar and the utterly alien are combined. Such is the case here.

Oh Speck, this is just outstanding: stylish, disturbing, haunting …. I could go on heaping up the adjectives but you get the picture! A brilliant combination of talents but you’re the one to wave that magic baton and make the whole piece work to perfection. xxxx
