Like an old 1940s movie set in some exotic place - melded with a contemporary overview (with lots of smart musical references) -
theatrical - alluring and very appealing stuff! As always Denny - you are full of good surprises/ |

Really lovely - there is colab’s melancholic melodic sense and your inimitable sense of the avant, which together are just explosively creative and wonderful to hear.

i was tempted to say this is jazz/soundtrack music for the 22nd century. but it’s not. it’s here & it’s now, and miraculously, i got to hear it. an exquisite piece of work, gentlemen.

I think this is very romantic music. When the strings enters around the middle of the song, it’s just so beautiful. Yes, Film-noir-ish romance music for 2010.

Hahaha. Thanks. It’s exactly nothing like what I could do, which is precisely what I was hoping for, if that makes sense.
I’m very happy with the result. Glad you didn’t use the “experimental” tag, because it’s only experimental if you set out to create an experiment. But with you this comes naturally, and it’s a terrific thing. Glad we did this together. Hope we can do it all again in the new year. |

If I told you just how intricately, subtley and intimately exciting I find this piece of music, I’d make you and Mikael blush. It is simply mind-blowing. xxxx

Blush? We don’t blush. You’re thinking of someone else. We do flatter, though. :) |
