That’s a lovely bluesy full-of-feeling song. Your friends are lucky to have you as their soundtrack. :)

Precious… sweet… lovely… touching… Wow. *sigh* Ever heard of Lucy Kaplansky? Thematically, this reminds me of her song “ Red Thread.” On a side note, I think we’re on the same wave length today- while you were posting this, I posted a sing-along of your “Our Last Christmas” and earlier, I posted the pell for a birthday song. Neat. :)

Some people just have ‘it’ - and that’s you, Snowflake. You have oceans of ‘it’!! This is so sweet and lovely. I hope we all meet up for another meal one day. xxxx

You are a consummate singer/songewriter. It’s just who you are and that comes through in everything you do. Another lovely song. I almost started to cry at the refrain.

I’ve had lots of thoughts lately about my kids growing up and while this is written from the child’s point of view, it sure tugs at this mamma’s heart strings. Wonderful emotion beautifully and tenderly captured.
