So nice to see you’re back Scott. I dug my headphones out from under my desk just to listen. Really nice mix of unexpected elements, and, as always, such a great use of all the sonic space. Beautiful.

Well hello there. Back! - I’d like to hope that’s the case. I do miss knocking mixes out in my free time. Family came first (I know, it’s not right is it ;-) but my wee lad is now almost 3, so I can at least get my Sundays free for a bit of tinkering.
Glad to see that you’re still in the community. I did wonder who might have drifted far from the mixter camp after these couple of years. I think we’re stuck with ccMixter for life now. We can go away for a bit, but alas you can never leave ;-) |

LS beat me to the Ed Pick. welcome back! was just talking to Sackjo22 about how much we’ve missed you. this is an incredible track - a perfectly blended combination of stems and sound. i’m pulled in immediately.

I have been thinking about creating a mix for a while now and what prompted me to create a mix yesterday was the ccMixter funding promotion video that Jeff shared on FB. I felt like I’d drifted from the community a bit and so I wanted to contribute something at least this year (but I have the bug again, there will be more). Glad to see a lot of people are still here! I am late. After a third listen i realize how many ( interessting) layers you have put togehter every single One with enough space to let the others breath. Tracks like this inspirie me to try from Time to Time something Out of my comfort zone. Great production, Remonds me of some Movie tunes.
