I think that might be due to the mix, which was kind of muffled and velvet-y before I discovered how to use a new level of the Mastering Suite in Reason. That sort of “old-school” sci-fi heartbeat in there really saturates the mix.

When I listen, there are places where it sounds like you’re really saying something and if my brain could process it, I could almost figure it out. “I buried Paul” or something. j/k

Of course I was actually referring to the famous Beatles “Paul is Dead” hoax/urban legend where you were supposedly able to hear John Lennon say “I buried Paul” at the end of “Stawberry Fields”
