This sounds great! Hmm… I think we could try a reversed version for a 2013 album? The reversed melody sounds nice. Will certainly credit to you!

Please do so!
Once I reversed the sample (by accident) I couldn’t change much any more… I just fell in love with the sound of it. I d love to here your takes on reversed melodies

Hi, I’ve been trying to duplicate your reversed sound but couldn’t quite get the same thing. So would you be able to upload the reversed sample without the bass, and also the bass itself? Or whatever you can provide. I’m keen to give this a shot :) Thanks!

That bass is yours, so there is no way to remove that. The only thing I did except playing with your sample, was adding the drums.

The last 8 bars of the track is just the clean loop with the reversed samples. Of course I can upload the loop, but that is basically just the same. If you want to play around with my arrangement or see how it is done, I can also send you my Ableton save file.

I use Logic Pro Express. Not sure if I can open an Ableton file (looked up the Internet and didn’t seem to be that straightforward without some plugin?) So if it isn’t too much trouble for you to upload the drums and the clean loop you reversed, that would be great. I suspect there was something in your final mastering/ EQ that just got a few more melodies out of your sample that what I could reproduce. But if all that is too much trouble, don’t worry about it. I can trying something with this track you’ve uploaded. Cheers!

Ok, then the set file won’t help you much.
I just uploaded the individual parts of the song. To get from the normal loop to the reverse loop (which I am using most of the time) you have to cut it in quarters and reverse each one separately.

That is not too much trouble at all. I d love to hear your take on that. There is no EQ on the sample and to be honest no real mastering either. There are parts with very bad effects on it though (for example at 0:40), but that is about it.
