Hi Ivan, this is a wonderful track. The snipet of japanese is v sultry, your guitar sublime as ever.

Your stems were the initial inspiration! Thanks for sharing them in the first place. BTW, I’m not sure if you noticed but I used all of your guitar stems. For one stem, I applied a Chorus and Overdrive to the track. That was a successful experiment, cos it nice and not too fat sounding rhythm for the chorus part. I enjoyed playing to that.

Hi Ivan … I have had several listens and think i can catch most of what you have done with my original stems . This track is really creative. i am pleased as punch that my stems set you off in this direction.

I like this very much. The main guitar melody is catchy as heck and the blend of the different elements works wonders for me.

Terrific track - great energy, great variation, and grounded in a great musical idea.

Dude. Thanks! In my enthusiasm to share this track, I forgot about the bass line. Reading your comment reminded me of that. You know, the Kay Hollowbody that seems to be your instrumental loop of choice.

Yes - love that sound. Not a loop though - whenever I work with that bass (like here) it’s a sampled bass I play on the keyboard.

Oops! My mistake. Yeah now I remember asking you once, by way of a comment, if you played the bass. And you clarified it’s a sampled bass on your keyboard. Incidentally, first time I ever learned about a “Kay Hollowbody” was from this stem you shared.

A good mix between complexity and simplicity, control and let loose. Indeed very Anime-like. I’ve been to Japan, gathering footage, and now there’s this unique tune… Thanks for sharing Ivan.

Quote: AIR_LOMEGA good mix between complexity and simplicity, control and let loose.I have to say a large part of the credit goes to morgantj’s track. Oh, you MUST let me view your video if you ever use this track. I’m kinda stuck at your blog right now, watching all this weird (in a good way) and strangely comforting videos. :)
