I love this phrase - gorgeous guitar sound, the playing is languid and effortless sounding, and the melodic movement is sweet. I’ve tried to use it in every remix I’ve worked on - to no avail! Not sure why. Anything unusual about the chords?

Thx for the compliment.
This is really three layers if I recall correctly. One layer is (I think) an Am chord, the second is the same Am barre chord shifted up a 9th, and the third layer is just picking random open harmonics where I thought they sounded cool.
