The Doors will have a hard time to top this. I love the contrast between the busy drums and Anchor’s more mellow deliverance. Quality stuff!

Dear O.D.:
this is so unexpected…so very internal (as many psychedelic trips are) - one can sense the liquid light shows - the underground mood. You’ve transformed me into the Troubadour poet of a by-gone era…yet maybe one that still exists in an alternate reality. Thanks for this!

If I close my eyes I can see a solitary long haired girl twirling in front of the stage counterpoint to the music and smell the wacky tabacky at the next table. :-)

Delightful. Anchor is mixters answer to Leonard Cohen. How cool is that!

Awesome.. as usual … OD. Compared to Anchor, Jim Morrison was a third class poet, and compared to your compositional skills, the Doors were a bunch of flunkies ;-). Two if not all were film school attendees, not music school attendees were they not? I love the Doors so I say none of this with malice. I wrote a damned paper on Jimbo in High School so I know a thing or two.

Ya done good OD but ya got yourself some fine company :-). Keep em coming.

I am deeply touched by the creative outpourings from the myriad talents; the creative denizens of this site. Such collaborative offerings form the pith and core of cc.mixter’s intended plan: to bring people together and make inspired music.
Thanks for the comments about my lyrics/poems - its truly a honor to see one’s ideas brought to life in such delightful and unexpected ways.

A real trip down memory lane.
The swirling guitars and pads, heart attack snares & toms - all with AM floating along on the surface.
Jim Morrison faked his own death and now lives in a yacht just off the marina in Monaco. Please fess up Anchor!
Need to roll a splif and loop this for the rest of the day…

I’m 19 and floating around in a darkened room. The walls and ceilings are covered with moving liquid lights and there’s a man dancing naked on the opposite side of the room. I look more closely. He looks like me! Shit! it is me!! Its a mirror!!

Embarrassed!! Not anymore!!

Wonderful memories from this. Both clothed and unclothed!

I think that I just wet myself. This is by far, the most creative and flowing piece of art that has ever adorned my drumming.

When I release my solo album, this will end up being on it. We should talk.

Thank You for your inordinate brilliance.
