Victor’s a better source for rules than I am (and the forum is a good place to post about them), but in general, I think that the site gravitates away from finished songs and towards samples and remixes. I believe there are some throttles in place to prevent finished songs.

I know that I prefer samples of individual tracks to finished songs, as they are much easier to remix.
