That_s a fun mix. Great combination of two(?) tracks that work together well. Didn_t realizd at the first moment that it_s FORENSIC_s rap. The only point for me is, I wished you filled the space after first and second chorus with some vocals bits (from the intro), so it would have sound less cut. But a real fun remix though!! |

you know, i totally agree with you and went back and added it. thanks!

Hey.
Hate you for it? naaaaaaay (as they say in holland)… Like the constrast between the accoustic and the low fi drums as they begin. Certainly not heard forensic like this before, but it works… The chorus part reminds me of the White Snake classic ‘here we go again’. There sounds like one tiny distorted bit (a forensic shout), but considering my lug holes are full of wax right now (have a cold… sympathy accepted) i could be way off. I am giving this a second run. Like it even better this time. Its a grower for sure. Adding it to my iTunes cc playlist. Nice one Merry Christmas by the way!!, hope its a good one. |

You are totally right! I don’t think that it is in the same key, but is a very similar I, V, IV chord progression. Thanks for pointing that out. |

I don’t hate you at all. I think that this is great. This is why the ccMixter community is so awesome. I really enjoyed hearing my music in such a different context. I love how you boosted the bass and drums. I really enjoyed coming up with and playing the bass line on this one, so it is a thrill to hear it so up front in your mix.
Great work MC Jack. Have a great holiday. |

thanks john. it’s always a crapshoot (unintended pun)playing with the original artists source, and seeing as i left yours mostly intact, i’m glad you’re open minded to the result. thanks again for submitting such consistently great source material to work with. happy holidays!
