I worked for some days, actually, on an attempt at a hip hop mix, using the drum sample you posted on freesound. My efforts proved unavailing, and then I began to tweak the instrumental, and some hours later this resulted.

I’ve been listening a lot to your “Brilliant Daze” remix, which has my mp3 player singing along every time it comes on.

Thanks for the cite to the 1.5 GB of drone samples. I had not seen this one, although I own one of the source group of samples from Intelligent Machinery which are part of the giveaway. They’re great samples, and I can’t wait to go download the rest.
