Lots of imagery, with the opening atomic blast forming a great bookend to the image of the cumulus/nimbus clouds.

Thank you Admiral. I wish I could say I planned it, but it just “emerged” that way. But this is part of the joy of creation. Always fascinating when people see things in my “creations” still unconscious to me. The other part of the joy of creating.

Very powerful — and while you indicate this piece is an emergent stream of consciousness production there is continuity of theme throughout that contributes to its force and beauty. (And those “emergent” works are often the best anyway!)

You choose your words with the utmost skill to create appalling images and also make us think hard about what it means to be human. I am ashamed of my own species, so I love pieces like this that make us feel uncomfortable about who and what we are. xxxx
