Apart from being a really cool remix, this mix has one of the best overall sound and eq i´ve heard on ccmixter.
i would love a detailed “how i did it” on this one. |

I wish i could say that i spent a lot of time doing this or that but i didn’t. I Simply did the beat & all sounds on my MPC 2000XL, recorded my sounds, vocals, as well as K’s vocals on to my roland-1680 and eq’s a bit here and there with a little compression on the over all mix.
The mix was done on a $40 pair of radio shack head phones. Most of my so called studio is a part due to the fact that i’m moving soon ( i hope) I’m glad that you enjoyed the mix. Thanks for kind words |

Thanks I agree in all words in your review. The sounds is a high five the mapping to 90 BPM failed.I am redoing it when I have the time in a week or two or three. For some reason I did not as I thought lower this. I must have been tired and not counting the bars right. I shall fix but I will leave it up for now.
I enjoyed this track a lot in its bare essentials feel. I like the beat quite. I think at some points it lacks a ‘shuffle’ a point where things break out and say hey look at this. But it stays nicely in time. Paz |
