I’ve been treated once again with a cool remix using my samples. It’s been done a lot and most of them have taking them to places I didn’t expect them.

I like this one a lot, it has a bit of 90’s feel over it. Getting that from the use of the clean simple drum loops being mixed with the repetitive gitar loop.
This is also another great example what happens when people create a style they are not familiar with, and use sounds they are familiar with. You get great cross-overs

This is a lot of fun. It has a great hook, which it keeps coming back to at opportune times, leaving the parts in between free to meander into very different sounding territories.

And then the last section, with the guitar break and rhodes ending, is a change of movement, like the UFO going through its last flight check before departure.

EDIT: Congrats on the ed pick! A very deserving pick. :)

You are so right now that you mention it! I wish I could claim that was purposeful on my part. A lucky accident? Maybe subconscious genius? haha…

Actually, now you’ve just made me really want to go and find a public domain recording of a NASA countdown and try layering it over the transition to that last section…

Done! Adding NASA countdown and radio chatter over the last part makes me like my own song so much more. Now it feels thematic and cohesive to me rather than a random musical change.

Thanks for the inspiration AB!

It sounds like you and the other artists spent some time in a studio, together. Perfect arrangement.
Thanks for the stems!
