I don’t know why this makes me think of Zorro getting ready to ride off into the Baja California desert. :)
I like the way it starts so gentle and then turns into - briefly - a cacophony of strings and horns. And the piano bit at the end is virtuoso if I may say! |

Wow, you really turned up the energy on that middle bit! Well done. The strings, horns, and percussion are great!
It’s funny… when I sat down to record the guitar I wasn’t thinking in terms of song structure or anything, I just kinda started playing. I was pretty sure that bits and pieces of what I recorded could be useful, but I didn’t think anyone would be crazy enough to try to use it as-is as a complete track. Nice job proving me wrong. :) |

Thanks. I think it needs to be a little more balanced. Seems like it’s too much on the right and nothing sitting on the left. I’ll fix that when I get home. Yeah usually with something that’s as free form as this to begin with it’s best to keep it that way. I think I did the same with that other sort of classical thing you did that ended up in that archeology video. Anyway, it’s a great flamenco sample. I threw in some flamenco tap samples but took them out because it was too busy.

Really really nice. Makes me think of Pedro Almodovar movies with spanish heat and mad women. It’s cinematic for sure.
