great paring - lush Celtic overwashing and the poetry of Emily!

Thank you, just discovered her poetry last night. Incredible stuff. There’s so many great poets on ccM!!!
The music I had already written and it was already named ‘soul’s journey’ so I guess it is a good pairing, meant to be ;) made it easier to pick from all of the great spoken word pieces. |

You are quite the multi-genre wiz. I was so relaxed by the time ejc came in it was somewhat jarring. I think it would have been more integrated if she was slowed a bit and quieter. But I like it. (I can’t hit recommend because ejc and I share a modem, so I always leave her the option, but I would otherwise.)

Couldn’t agree more. I was trying to figure out what to do, i had her in the beginning and it seemed like it went on forever after so I added her at the end and now it seems like forever before the spoken word starts.
Anyway, I faded her in, but I know it’s still jarring. I think I’m gonna put her back in in the beginning, balance the volume out more and just fade out. So, it’ll be much shorter. But I’ll keep the extended mix as instrumental…yeah, that’s the plan. I’ll fix it tonight. |

Superb piece of music. I like a lot how patterns cames like waves and the subtle asian feel. Too short! :)
