Reminded me of the British folk group Pentangle, which is no bad thing.

Wonderful “oohing”

Thanks. And thanks for turning me onto Pentangle. I have never heard of this band so I looked them up. First I googled “pentacle band” and came up with a dutch death metal band. I know you weren’t referring to a dutch death metal band — but I did finally find them. The female vocalist looks very much like a woman I work with. I can’t wait to share with her!

Thanks. I really enjoyed playing with you and Javo. I would love to see others jumping in — it would be great if this turned into a ccMixter jam!

So cool! The vibe and background vocals make me think of Melanie’s “ Ring The Living Bell” (one of my favs). Inspired piece.

Thanks Kara — I just listened to the song and am touched by your association. Still hoping that at the end of the day, I’m not the only singing those background vocals [hint, hint ;-)]

“your harmonies are a field of flowers” — may be one of the sweetest things anyone has said about my harmonies!

And I am excited to hear you are inspired — looking forward to hearing what that sounds like!

Your vocal arrangements are excellent as always. They are an entity in itself. Great backing track also. They remind me of the Linkin Park remix.

I think I’ve said this several times before but I am constantly impressed by your ability to conceive such original ideas and create them so successfully. You never stay still. You push the boundaries. This is a unique and beautiful piece, SJ.

Susan….this is sooo alternative.
I wouldn’t be astonished to find this on a 4AD Sampler.
