That fellow Tesla was amazing. People were always naming things after him. I think that perhaps the best kind of 20th Century fame, excepting only heroic actions to save others, was the kind of heroism that people had who discovered cool scientific things and then got their names incorporated into the mass culture.

When I think of Tesla, I think of those curious transparent globes, in which currents flow and roll, “shooting out sparks” within, and delighting children at the Fair Park.

This mix has a kind of electro-fun like the visual zips and zaps of electronica under glass. The tweaks here and there—to the vocal, in the little fun-synth melodies—make for a very pleasing effect.
