Cheers Jav, the pella was one of those overlooked ccMixter gems (in my opinion anyway), and I think it’s gorgeous too - the singer Maajonic doesn’t seem to be around these parts these days unfortunately though, so he may never hear it. Although of course he may hate my interpretation so that could be a good thing!

Glad to see you’re still around Maajonic! I found your vocal so moving, really beautiful. Amazing acapellas sometimes go missed around here, especially the older ones, just because there’s so much material on this site now - so please don’t take it personally that it’s not been remixed as much as it should have. Hopefully now that it’s re-surfaced, some of the awesomely talented producers and musicians on here will start picking up on your work! Cheers
