Well thank you Mr Jeris. I tried, like mad and in vain, to add more ‘orchestral’ parts but I couldn’t bring myself to do it :) I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

Superb song and superb mix. Snowflake’s voice and performance is top-notch, and you get her a great sound on this. But your backing vocals are also amazing. This track has a lot going for it: crisp, clear, cool soundscape; tons of emotion; dynamics and tasteful touches. This is a stellar track—well done, matey!

Again, too kind Jav-O :) I was quite amazed with this one actually, one simple big drum track and one crazy opera dude and it broadens and cements an incredible song. I just love this place! Thanks again for your kind words.
Cheers!

OK, I am not remixing this. I heard the Taiko drums in my head when I heard the pella… but I did not hear all the vocal adds, which are awesome. This is truly inspired!

I think it is an incredible phenomenon that people can ‘hear’ parts or an entire mix that isn’t there. I would still like to hear an Admiral’s treatment :) Thank you for the review!
Cheers!

My favourite, and probably the least noticeable, changes I love to make is altering the tone and ‘stereo field’ of the original. It’s in those tonal changes I often ‘hear’ the things in the final mix. I love how many tones I can pull out of snowflakes ivories :-) thanks for your kind words.
Cheers!

Thanks. I originally thought those drums were too big for the sensitive ramblings of the track but in the end I think it sort of made a whisper of thunder. I hope I never truly understand the magic of sound scape :-) thanks!
Cheers!

I really like the fresh ideas you bring to your mixes. Your vocals work so well with Snowflake’s special pell and make the mix extra-special. I want to hear you sing more, please!

Just for you I shall :-) I sing approximately 90% of the time I am permitted so I guess I should just do more of it in front of a microphone :-) thanks as always for your kind words and gentle encouragement.
Cheers!
