Tina Gill’s parents owned a little shop near my grandmother’s house. I would go to that shop to buy sweets or ice-cream. A few years ago, I was walking in the street and noticed that the shop of Tina Gill’s parents was gone—it was converted into a house. On the way back home, I wrote this song in my head. I think I have not seen Tina Gill since about 1972. :-)
