Great Santana-Feeling. I love the “singing” percussion a lot. It fits perfectly in harmony of the track. Unfortunately its so short!

Thanks for this—appreciate the feedback. I agree it’s short. I’ve listened quite a few times now, and each time I think: “Mmm, it ends too soon.” But the sad fact is I ran out of ideas. Actually it took quite a lot of effort to produce this short piece! But I think the track needs extra input (keyboards? bass?) in order to improve and reach its full potential. I can add stems if anyone is interested.

the sound of this song reminds me of the 70s. great composition and compilation. Nowadays one hears such things any more.

Very cool track — there’s a restrained quality to the sound that I’m really digging, especially against the exotic tone of the kalimba and djembe. Thanks so much for including me! It’s always a treat to be part of your musical world.

But as you rightly say, I was trying to juxtapose the restrained/detached vocal phrase against the groove. Very glad you liked and good to hear from you!
