this one is good because it can be used “straight up” or the sample can be morphed, sliced or changed in a lot of ways. I can hear ambient drones made of this source material.

I really like this. What slide technique are you using? On the lap, or regular playing position? Also, what’s the slide? Sounds like glass to me.
