you’re really on to something interesting here. The unusual combination really works for me!

As a comment from someone who has actually heard of Marika and is prepared to mix ‘world’ music, that’s a very nice complement. Thanks Spinmeister.

wonderfully experimental - great blend of ethnic modes and the quirky harmonies add a unusual air to the piece…love the concertina (?) - a cool mysterious offering.

.. and so I tripped around your offerings, and found lots of unusual ideas. Definitely some stuff I’d want to play with…..

Hey, I really liked how you took this song into a different direction. interesting mix

Seems like you are a recent joiner here too, so keep in touch. Your ‘Silence’ showed lots of talent, and your other mix shows you can push the boundaries too, so I hope to hear more from you.

Well it’s great to see someone move in strange ways and with great humour yet at the same time produce something very worthy.
Like your web site as well!! |

I’m going to take quite a while to go through your mixes, but even the titles seem to show a lot of whimsical humour, and I hope the music matches them - it has so far.
Unfortunately the website(s) must soon go, as Orange are scrapping them, and offering an absolutely crappy replacement of no practical use. Part of the reason for inflicting myself on the good people of this site….. |
