Alan Lu 19 Reviews	. permalink Sun, Jun 22, 2008 @ 2:20 PM yeah, it’s a classic fonky beat you got there, but I felt the song doesn’t really ‘progress,’ per se. that’s a challenge, considering you’re using the vocals as samples rather than featuring them more prominently, but the majority of the song seems to lack direction. still, diggin’ the sound you got.

I tried to approach the track as a typical trance or house track, but it doesn’t seem to work all that well without the energy you get in those genres. I’m quite happy with the sound too though, and glad to learn that I’m not the only one :-)
