Very good production, impressive, thoughtful. Love the saxophone solo parts.

I also love what David does with his tenor sax in many of my songs. I send the whole track without voices to him so he plays a long solo and sends it to me, then I select the best bytes. He simply enjoys playing on a solid base on weekends, I like having such a talented guy in the records!

Sultry sound scape, Panu sounds great. the Syrian voice gives it that little extra edge which is excellent ( I sad that you not able to post this). Very good track

PS I got my self melodyne for xmas, certainly is a great piece of kit.

Somebody on this site, when I remixed a bass male singer recently, suggested me to couple him with a female chorus, this is why I asked Shahd (and got Emily and Nicky from previous recordings).
I’m completely blown by melodyne and its creative potential (not only for vocals, I used it on guitars, bass as well).

Very well produced with a nice world music feel. My thoughts & prayers are with your friends in Lebanon and Syria. Thanks, p.

I quoted a wrong pella to grasp your attention to this, I’m happy that you like it. Lyrics are very good as well. Thanks for your words of support, my italian friend is a volunteer and she is actually in a camp on the turkish side of the border near Aleppo, but some bombs fall even there. Shahd is safe.

This is a beautiful piece of music. Reminds me just a little of Bruce Hornsby.

Yes, Hornsby: I had the same thought when I chose a bright Kawai piano to play along with the treated Panu’s voice (eq, reverb, echo).
