Sounds kinda video game-ish but its put together pretty well. Raise the vocals bit and process the vocals a bit with some mild tube distortion or compression or something similar so that the vocals will match the urgency and intensity of the track. Some minor changes on this one could make a world of difference.

Thanks man.
I am so tempted to re-record the guitar parts. I just got a brand new guitar and this awesome amp & fx emulator, and it sounds 100 times better.
You can hear a newer track to compare the two guitar sounds on my Myspace here -

Some good points. If I was gonna go back, I would do something with the vocals, which I didn’t touch, and probably add a guitar solo at the end too.
I’ve done some video game music, so…

Definitely some interesting stuff going on here, this one’s action-packed! Unfortunately, the vocals seem often overpowered by everything else that’s going on, but this was still a darn cool listen =3 thanks for the entertainment!

Btw, you say in one of your replies that you’ve done videogame music…what kind? I’ve kinda pondered doing that kinda stuff myself…

Thanks. Yeah, I hear what you’re saying. My newer stuff with the new equipment sounds way closer to the way I wanted it to come out.

As far as the game music, I did some tracks for a few Dreamcast games. Feet of Fury, An Asteroids remake and some other indie game.
The best advice I could give you if you want to get your music into games would be to contact any indie game developers and offer your services along with some samples. There are a lot of guys working on flash and PC based games that could use some original tracks and may end up doing bigger projects down the line.

I haven’t done that stuff in a while though. I write and publish comic books now :)

Wooohhaaa, this one has power :-)
Would have done the frequencies a bit different, but a hell of a ride.
The two-voice guitar stuff is great.
