The backing track has a great flow - nice job.

To me the vocal sync is an issue though - in some places entire sections are out of sync which really kills the groove. I would go back and fix individual phrases to make sure it’s tight throughout - it would really make a difference.

Like the backing track. Colab makes a good point, however.
