Process
This is the very first time I've ever tried to put vocals in with timed loops. No easy feat, and I still have a lot to learn. Feedback always appreciated!
Other Notes
This was so emotional! I actually grabbed londonbridgez' sample after only the first few bars because it felt like a good fit; right tone, right tempo. I chopped up verses on the fly and fit them in. So I was already well into the song when I even hit some of the powerful lyrics in the middle. I have yet to listen to this song all the way through without crying over the last line. I made that decision a long time ago, too. Decided to be out even if it killed me, because it's better to be free.
